Injection Foam Insulation Cost in Southern Wisconsin

Most insulation companies won’t put a number on their website. We will.
Every home is different, so the only honest final number comes from real measurements — not a guess over the phone. But you deserve a range before you invite anyone into your house.

What It Runs

around $1,000*

Single Problem Wall

The one room that never warms up, usually an open rim joist or an empty exterior wall. The north wall that stays cold no matter what the thermostat says. If you have one specific problem area, this is usually where it lands. Note that single-wall projects typically fall below the square footage minimum for Focus on Energy rebates — see below.*Around $1,000 in Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. $1,800 minimum everywhere else.

$6,000 – $14,000

Whole Home

Most Southern Wisconsin homes run $6,000 to $14,000 to insulate every exterior wall, based on square footage. Financing is available from $99/month.' Where your home lands depends on the factors below.

What Moves the Price

Square footage of exterior wall

The single biggest driver. A 1,200 square foot ranch and a 2,800 square foot two-story are different jobs.

Siding type

Vinyl siding comes off and goes back on cleanly. Aluminum, steel, wood, and brick each take more time and more care. Stucco is its own conversation.

Number of stories

Second and third stories mean more staging and more setup time.

Access

Tight lot lines, landscaping, decks, and outbuildings all affect how quickly the crew can work around the house.

Existing conditions

Older homes sometimes have blocking, balloon framing, or previous partial insulation that has to be worked around.

We look at all of this on site. That’s why the estimate is done in person and not over the phone.

Your Out-of-Pocket Cost After Rebates

Wisconsin’s Focus on Energy program pays homeowners to improve efficiency, and wall insulation is one of the projects it covers.
Qualifying wall insulation projects earn a minimum of $1,425 back.**
To qualify, a project needs to cover at least 600 square feet of wall area. Most whole-home projects clear that easily. A single-wall project usually does not — so if the rebate matters to you, it’s worth asking during the estimate whether adding adjacent walls would put you over the threshold. Sometimes doing more costs less after the rebate.
We are a Focus on Energy Trade Ally, which means two things: qualifying projects are eligible through us, and we handle the rebate paperwork for you. You don’t chase forms, and you don’t wait on hold with a program office.
