5. Existing and Concealed Conditions

Insulation services are performed on existing structures.

Existing walls may contain concealed wiring, plumbing, structural components, damage, moisture, previous repairs, insulation, or other conditions that cannot always be identified before work begins.

Cozy Walls will take reasonable care when performing services. However, concealed conditions that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand may affect the project.

If additional work is required because of previously unknown conditions, such work may require customer approval and may result in additional charges.

6. Drilling, Wall Access, and Patching

Injection foam insulation may require small access holes to be drilled into walls.

Cozy Walls will make reasonable efforts to patch access points after the insulation installation.

Because existing wall surfaces may have different textures, colors, materials, finishes, or levels of wear, patched areas may not perfectly match the surrounding surface.

Additional painting, texture matching, or cosmetic finishing may be required and may not be included in the original scope of work unless specifically stated.

7. Project Results

Cozy Walls does not guarantee that insulation services will result in a specific reduction in heating or cooling costs or a specific change in indoor temperature.
