Lifetime warranty — transferable

Our foam is warranted for the lifetime of the home. If it ever fails, we repair it. When you sell, the warranty goes to the next owner — which is a selling point for you.

$500 price-beat guarantee

Get a lower written quote for the same scope from a licensed, insured installer using closed-cell or injection foam? Show it to us and we’ll beat it by $500.

Before-and-after proof

Every whole-home job gets a blower-door test and a thermal scan before we start and after we finish. You see the numbers and the pictures, side by side.

No pressure, ever

We never ask you to sign on the spot. You get a written number, you take your time, and the price is good for 30 days.

Why we can make these promises

Because Erik, the owner, spent seven years selling injection foam for other companies before he started Cozy Walls — and had the resin-based version put in his own home. When he opened those walls a year later, the foam had pulled away from the studs. He decided that if he was going to put his name on the truck, the product had to be one he’d stand behind for life. So we install a pour-in-place foam that cures as a stable structure and doesn’t shrink back, and we test every whole-home job so nobody has to take our word for it.

A guarantee is only worth what the company behind it is worth. Cozy Walls is BBB accredited, a Focus on Energy Trade Ally, licensed and insured, and run by a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant who does every estimate himself. You will deal with the owner from the first phone call to the final blower-door test.

The $500 price-beat applies to whole-home projects of $5,000 or more, against a written quote for the same scope from a licensed, insured installer using closed-cell or injection foam. It is in lieu of other discounts and does not apply to rim joist work.
Discounts $750 military and active duty, $500 first responders, $500 teachers, $500 homeowners 60 and better. One discount per household on whole-home projects of $5,000 or more; discounts don’t combine.
The Focus on Energy rebate is a Wisconsin program — a minimum $1,425 check mailed to you on qualifying wall projects (600+ sq ft of exterior wall with performance testing). We handle all the paperwork. Not available on Illinois homes.
Right to cure Wisconsin law gives every contractor the right to inspect and correct a problem before a claim is filed. We put that in every proposal because we intend to fix anything that’s ever wrong — quickly.
Job length Most homes: one day. Two-story homes or anything over 1,400 sq ft: two days. We tell you which at the estimate.
