The wall between your garage and your house is usually the worst-insulated wall you own — and the bedroom above the garage pays for it every winter. We fill those walls with injection foam from inside the garage. No drywall comes down in your living space, and most garages are done in a morning.
Our minimum job is $1,000. Most garage-wall projects are priced by the wall, and Erik gives you a firm written number at the estimate — no surprises.

Attached garages in Wisconsin homes built before 1990 usually got the cheapest wall on the house: a shared wall with little or no insulation, and a ceiling under a bedroom that was framed as an afterthought. That is why the room over the garage is the coldest room in the house, why the floor in there never warms up, and why the furnace runs while that bedroom stays 5–10 degrees behind.
Injection foam fixes the shared wall from the garage side. We drill the garage-side drywall, fill every stud cavity with foam, and patch the holes — nothing in your living space is touched. If the garage exterior walls are open to the outside, we fill those too, from outside, the same way we do the rest of the house.
What you will notice: the room over the garage holds temperature, the wall between the garage and the kitchen or mudroom stops feeling cold to the touch, and garage noise — door opener, car starting — drops off inside the house.
